The Deal Advisory Services has further adopted a Lean Six Sigma approach: A team-focused decision-making approach that seeks to improve performance by eliminating waste and defects in the system as its preferred methodology.
Lean Six Sigma methodology combines the Lean and Six Sigma tools and techniques with the main undertaking a collaborative team and enterprise effort to improve performance by systematically removing waste and reducing variation and ultimately provide a framework for overall organizational culture change.
Our philosophy is for the elimination of wastage of physical resources, time, effort and talent while assuring quality in production and organizational processes. Simply put, under the tenets of Lean Six Sigma methodology and approach, any use of resources that doesn’t generate value for the end customer is considered a waste and should be eliminated!
